Ingredients:
Lasagna Noodles
1 6oz can tomato paste
2 28oz jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 box frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)
1 12oz Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 c grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
3 pkg Mixed cheese (Mozzarella. Provolone, Monterrey Jack)

Directions:
Brown ground sausage. Drain.
Boil the Lasagna Noodles. Drain into collander. You can run under
cold water to make them easier to handle.
In a large bowl combine brownded sausage, tomato paste, 1 3/4 jars spaghetti sauce, and spinach.
In smaller bowl mix Ricota cheese, Parmesan/Romano and the Egg. Beat until smooth.
Coat the bottom of the lasagna pan (13x9) with the remaining
1/4 jar of spaghetti sauce.
Layer with noodles.
Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles.
Cover that with the 1/4 of the sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the grated cheeses.
Layer with noodles.
Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles.
Cover that with the 1/4 of the sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the grated cheeses.
Layer with noodles.
Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles.
Cover that with the 1/4 of the sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/4 of the grated cheeses.
Layer with noodles.
Cover that with remaining sauce and sauce mix.
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheeses.
Bake covered for 50 minutes. Then uncovered for 10 minutes
or until the cheese on top is golden.
Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
