Bleenies
(fine potato pancake)

2 or 3 large potatoes grated on the fine side of the grater
add 2 eggs, stir very well (you can add fine onions and or parmasan, light salt and pepper optional)
start adding flour, till you get it slightly thick
little cakes in a hot greased (oiled) frying pan
brown up both sides, serve with dip or sour cream
