Beef and Bean Burritos

Ingredients:

5 lbs ground beef
2 cans refried beans
1 large onion (chopped finely)
1 packet taco seasoning (regular/hot)
1 packet chili seasoning (regular/hot)
3 pkg shedded mexican cheeses
24 large flour tortilla shells

Oven: 350
Servings: 24

Directions:

Brown ground beef, drain. Over medium heat in a large pot mix beef, refried beans, taco and chili seasoning. Mix until blended.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Spread the tortilla shells on the counter and/or table. Spoon the beef and bean mixture onto all of the shells. Then sprinkle the shredded cheeses onto the beef.

Roll the one end of the tortilla over tucking it around the beef and cheese, fold in both sides and roll the rest of the way.

Place these onto a baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes.

Serve with salsa or taco seasoning.

Double the batch and freeze the rest.
Reheat in microwave.
