2 lbs, bologna (without garlic)
grind in grinder, add 2 jar baby sweet pickles (medium jar),
3 small jars pimento (add the juice)
in a sauce pan, 2 egg YOLKS, beat good
add 3/4 cup milk
add 1 tblsp butter
add 3 tblsp spoons of mustard
add 1 tblsp of sugar
mix well
cook on low flame, keep stirring, it burns easliy, bring to the
edge boil
take off flame, let cool good, add cidar vinager to taste
add to bologna mix....yum
